Parker: Charles Parker Newton

Ex-Wilderness Instructor, farmer, and fish slayer, Charles Parker Newton is an mult-faceted entertainer living in NYC. Departing Vacationland in 2008, Parker moved to NYC to live his dream and ended up interning at the B-movie giant, www.troma.com Entertainment, (Toxic Avenger), where he watched movies all day. He was cast in an improv based web series called, "It's OK, I'm an Actor", where he played an inappropriate landlord. Directly following, Parker hosted a fully unscripted short documentary called, "Enter the Beard" (BLOG), in which he drove through the Yukon and entered himself in the 2009 World Beard and Mustache Championships. Parker's professional reenacting credits includes roles on TruTV, Animal Planet, and the Travel Channel. Amidst producing sketch videos and grinding for auditions, Parker drives trucks and eats one bag of cereal per day. Parker is currently in the Advanced Study Program at UCB and performs as part of a 3-man improv team ("Quimby").

Maggie: Jenna Laurenzo

Jenna Laurenzo is a Manhattan based writer and actress. She graduated with a BHA from Carnegie Mellon University (with honors, which makes it sound all the more legit). What the hell is a "BHA?" Bachelor of Humanities and Arts. Upon graduation, she dove into a year long acting conservatory at Michael Howard Studios. She just wrapped on David Spaltro's next feature, "Things I Don't Understand," in which she played a singer/songwriter, and Kristin Mendez's short, "Case Load" in which she played a heroin addict in rehab. Jenna studies improvisation at UCB and you can find her performing around the city on the indie team Master Debaters. She's about to dive into Steve Becker's next feature, Landlocked, playing a surfer chick (lead).

Chris: George Kareman

George is an actor, writer and comedian from Manhattan. George recently played the male lead in The Mint Theater's Off-Broadway production of Biography. Other theater credits include the Off-Broadway productions of The Crucible and To Pay The Price at The Archlight Theater and The Mint Theater. George has appeared on The Colbert Report and frequently performs at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in Chelsea. Also, George has been featured in voice overs and commercials for awesome products such as the Amazon Kindle and the McDonalds Big Mac. For all things George, check out his website.

Philip: George Anagnostakos

George is a writer/improviser/film-maker hailing from Cape Cod MA, now living in New York City. He can currently be seen performing at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre as a member of the Advanced Study Program. George served as the writer's intern on The Late Show with David Letterman in the Fall of 2007, where he inadvertently caused the writer's strike. George has also done production work for ESPN on The Pretty Good Sports Show, Discovery Channel's Storm Chasers and The Detonators, and BBC America's ever-fashionable What Not to Wear. George currently works for Funny or Die Media.

Sophie: Christina Calph

A very versatile artist who takes on all facets of the performing arts. She recently played the role of Tiffany in the film “Arthur” with Helen Mirren. She also can be seen in the movie, “Tower Heist” with Ben Stiller & Eddie Murphy coming out in November. An active member of the Sanctuary Theatre Company and has a web-series called, “XXX: A Bad Girl’s Ball.” Christina has done comedic spots on Rescue Me, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, & Spike TV’s Weekend Pre-Game. She has appeared in various Off-Broadway and regional productions, some include, Victor/Victoria, Beauty and the Beast, & Fine, Funny & Female. She has also choreographed/danced for various Music artists and is a member of the TruckStop Burlesque Dance Troupe.

Donna: Cat Yezbak

Cat Yezbak graduated from Ithaca College with a BFA in Acting and shortly after moved to New York City. She was a member of the BATS, the resident acting company at the Flea Theatre where she worked on numerous new plays including Polly Draper's Getting Into Heaven and A.R. Gurney's O Jerusalem, directed by Jim Simpson. Cat has done a whole lot of avant-garde theatre and film so you may have seen her climbing a fence in The Fringe Festival's production of Medea Machine or singing in an ATM vestibule for Liz Magic Laser's adaptation of Man Equals Man and The Elephant Calf. Cat is also the lead singer of Caution Candy, a Brooklyn based band. Ms. Yezbak has an affinity for funny things and hot sauce.

April: Sarah Nina Hayon

Sarah Nina Hayon recent received her second Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Featured Actress in BRIGHT NEW BOISE (Partial Comfort Productions, Davis McCallum). She can be seen in the upcoming film “The Green” and if you don’t blink you’ll see her in 3D for 30 seconds in AVATAR

She is a member of LAByrinth Theater Company, Partial Comfort Productions, and a founding member of The Fire Dept. Theater Company.

Dr. Fynn: Meghan Lennox

Meghan grew up between Florida and NJ, and after graduating from UNM, Albuquerque, moved to NYC. The journey that prepared her for the role as Parker & Maggie’s couples therapist, Dr. Fynn, includes stints as a high school special education teacher, legal secretary, yoga instructor, writer, dog walker, fit model, waiter, real estate agent, cleaning lady and most recently, casting director. Meghan loves both domestic & international travel, books, movies, music, typewriters and sticking in a few too many commas.
